¡¡Application review
¡¡¡¡In the 70s of last century, the technology of low temperature hot water floor heating boomed in Europe, America, Korea, Japan etc. Taking Korea and Japan as the example, the popularizing rate of hot water floor heating for modern dwelling houses has exceeded 70%. In the early 80s, PEX-A pipes were applied in the transfer of drinking water, hot water and other fluids. Nowadays in countries like Europe and Korea, the occupancy rate of PEX-A pipes in plastic pipes for hot water floor heating has reached to 80-90%. In Korea, the material XL1800 specially used for LG chemical production has been accepted broadly with its mature production process and excellent quality, and is leading the floor heating culture of Korea. In China, the floor heating has replaced traditional heating way, and was accepted by people and found its way into every family rapidly. |

¡¡Features of floor heating
¡¡¡¡It is the most ideal heating method, the head feels cool and feet feel warm, and the thermal environment conforms to the adjusting requirement of human physiology. It saves space and will not occupy the usable floor area of buildings. The pipes have no interface so there¡¯s no leakage absolutely.
¡¡¡¡There¡¯s no thermal current, so it is comfortable and clean without flying dust, peculiar smell, and noise.
High efficient and energy saving: radiative heat transfer with high thermal efficiency.
¡¡¡¡The 15¡æ design temperature can reach to 18¡æ heating effect. The indoor temperature distribution is reasonable with less invalid heat loss. Low temperature transfer reduces heat loss during transfer. Surplus hot water, geothermic water, backwater of heating and air conditioning are available to make the best of energy.
Low cost and operation and maintenance fee, simple management and operation, only examine the filter regularly is a must.
¡¡Long service life can last for 50 years.

¡¡Principle of floor heating
¡¡¡¡Embed the Aoxing pipes with the features of thermal resistance, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance and without scaling into the concrete directly, lead low temperature hot water which not exceeds 60¡æ into the pipe, the original heat released will make the floor warm uniformly, through the specific heat capacity of the floor itself to provide heat radiation for the aboveground part, so as to realize heating. The temperature distribution is uniform and reasonable, and the indoor temperature can reach to 25-30%.
